We fetch your credit report from bureaus after receiving your consent to help assess and improve your credit health.

Information Collected: Name, address, email ID, mobile number, age, date of birth, gender, and PAN.

2.2 Facilitating Loans and Credit Cards

MYFINFLOW connects you with lending partners to access credit products.

Information Collected: Marital status, Aadhaar, education, KYC, employment, and financial details. This data is shared with Lending Partners for processing applications.

3. Marketing and Promotions

By using the Platform, you agree to receive information on MYFINFLOW products, offers, and services. We may contact you via SMS, email, WhatsApp, etc., with updates and promotional content.

4. Customer Support

If you contact us for support, we may collect information to improve services. This includes call recordings and correspondence.

5. Cookies

Cookies help us identify you and understand your preferences. You can decline cookies; however, doing so may affect the services provided.
